The U-Reach Intelligent 9 Gold USB duplicators are professional systems for duplicating and erasing USB sticks. The i9 Gold USB duplicators opperate standalone, no PC or software is required. Operating the unit is easy; all functions are controlled through the function keys and the LCD display. Using the "PC Monitoring" function, the current status and functioning of the i9 Gold 1-119 USB duplicator can be monitored via a PC.

The i9 Gold 1-119 USB duplicator offers a number of special functions; "Write Protect", "Double Source Check" and "Event Log Report". Write Protected (read-only) USB sticks can be created with the Write Protect function. Information on these Write Protected sticks can no longer be removed. Also, these USB flashdrives can no longer be formatted by the user. Special USB memory sticks are required for the Write Protect function. These are available in various forms and capacities through your U-Reach supplier.

The Double Source Check function uses two "master" USB sticks during duplication for maximum possible reliability. The Event Log Report function stores extensive information about the duplication process. This information is stored on the U-Reach i9 Gold USB duplicator and can be accessed using the included PC Link software or exported to a USB stick.

With the U-Reach i9 Gold 1-119 USB duplicator one hundred and nineteen copies of a USB pen drive (1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2) can be made simultaneously. The U-Reach i9 Gold series USB duplicator offers advanced features such as "H5 Media Check", "DoD Erase", "A2 Fake Picker" and "Speed Check". The maximum copy speed of 2 GB per minute (33 MB/s) and a fast Compare function guarantee efficient and reliable duplication of your USB flashdrives.

All U-Reach Intelligent 9 USB duplicators offer a compact ergonomic design with an external power supply. The i9 Gold USB duplicators also feature exchangeable USB ports for easy maintenance.

Real-time PC monitoring

Quick Copy

The "Quick Copy" function only duplicates the existing data area on an NTFS, Linux (ext2/ext3/ext4) FAT16/32 or exFAT partition. The duplication process can be accelerated considerably in most cases. Other not supported data formats can also be duplicated with the "Whole Media" copy function. This will duplicate the entire content in a bitwise operation.

Write Protect

Activating the 'Write Protect' on a USB flash device ensures that the content of the entire stick can not be deleted. It is also not possible to write to the stick. Files can not be modified or deleted. It is even no longer possible to format the stick. Special U-Reach USB sticks are required to use the Write Protect function. These USB sticks can be ordered in various models and sizes.

Double Source Check

The 'Double Source Check' prevents errors in the duplication process. The first port is used as a master. All information is read in from this port. In the second port an 'compare master' is placed. All information written during the copy process is compared with this second 'master'. In this way, undetected errors during the copy process can be found and excluded. This process ensures the highest reliability and 100% correct results.

Event Log Report

The 'Event Log Report' function makes it possible to view and save detailed information about the production process. This information can be viewed directly via the PC Link software or copied on a USB stick on the system. The log file contains:
  - Machine information
  - Detailed information about the flash device (VID/PID/SN)
  - Detailed information on each port operation
  - Result of all operations

Burn-In Test

Burn-in tests the durability of an USB stick. An USB stick is written to in several cycles with data and then compared. The total number of cycles can be set from 30 minutes to a maximum of 30 days. The status of the test and any errors found can be read on the display.
