The U-Reach MTS series duplicators stand as professional systems designed for the duplication and erasure of SAS and SATA hard disk drives/SSDs. These MTS duplicators showcase an impressive copy speed of 18 GB per minute (300 MB/s) across all channels, with consistent speed even when multiple hard disks are connected. This feature makes the U-Reach MTS SAS duplicators particularly well-suited for duplicating or erasing SSDs and high-speed hard disk drives. The U-Reach MTS 1-7 hard disk duplicator can concurrently produce seven copies of a SAS/SATA SSD or hard disk drive.

Beyond duplication, the MTS duplicator is equipped for erasing SSDs and hard disk drives, offering seven erase functions: "Quick Erase," "Full Erase," "DoD Erase," "DoD 7-pass Erase," "Secure Erase," "Enhance Secure Erase," and "NSA Erase." The MTS SAS duplicators adhere to DoD 5220.22-M, NSA, and NIST 800-88 Secure Erase standards. The MTS erase functions support asynchronous erasure, allowing each SAS/SATA port to delete an individual disk.

The "Open Platform" design of the MTS duplicator series, featuring external cabling, allows for quick and easy connector changes. This "multi-interface" support, coupled with various optional adapters, streamlines the duplication of a wide range of SSDs, hard disks, and other data formats. Adapters are available for IDE, eSATA, mSATA, microSATA, M.2 (NGFF), and CFast.

The MTS HDD duplicators operate as stand-alone units, eliminating the need for a PC or software. User-friendly operation is ensured, with all functions controlled via function keys and the LCD display. The "PC Monitoring" function enables real-time monitoring of the MTS hard disk duplicator's status and functionality via a PC. Extensive production information can be stored and accessed using the iSecuLog Log Report Management function. The MTS HDD duplicator offers four different copy functions: "Quick Smart Copy," "All Partitions Copy," "Percentage Copy," and "Whole HDD Copy." The Quick Copy function supports various formats, including FAT16/32, exFAT, NTFS, Linux (ext2/ext3/ext4), and Mac (HFS, HFS+, HFSX).

Real-Time PC Monitoring

The PC Monitoring function makes it possible to monitor the status and progress of the current process in real-time. The information of each port is shown on the PC screen. This makes it easy to detect poorly performing hard disk drives. The required software is suitable for Windows PCs and is supplied free of charge. Log Report

The "iSecuLog" Report Management function makes it possible to view and save detailed information about the production process. The Log information can be viewed and exported directly via the supplied PC Link software (.txt, .csv, .xml or .pdf) or copied on a USB stick (.txt) on the system.

Quick Copy

The "Quick Copy" function only duplicates the existing data area on an NTFS, Linux (ext2/ext3/ext4) FAT16/32 or exFAT partition. The duplication process can be accelerated considerably in most cases. Other not supported data formats can also be duplicated with the "Whole Media" copy function. This will duplicate the entire content in a bitwise operation.

Sanitization

The U-Reach MTS erasers support many different sanitization methods for securly removing data from hard disk drives (HDD) and solid state drives (SSD):
